EXPERIENCE = 5+ VERIFIABLE YEARS.

We will call references, verify employment, run DMV reports, and run a background check.

MUST HAVE:
Detailed knowledge of measurements.
If you don’t understand fractions fluently- DO NOT apply!
Experience measuring, repairing, and replacing windows.
Experience measuring and installing shower doors.
Experienced with Commercial Storefronts installs.
Experience diagnosing, repairing, and installing commercial doors.
Experienced in cutting glass and preparing insulated units.
Experienced in cutting and installing mirrors.
Experienced with identifying, measuring and installing ALL types of screens.
Expert knowledge of parts/product names used in all the above installs/repairs.
Expert at PROPERLY securing glass/screens or other items to a truck/rack
**Willingness to take and pass a competency test proving the above skills**

SHOULD HAVE:
Comfortable working outdoors in all climates (can get 110+ during summer or as low as 20 degrees in winter) Excellent customer service and ability to upsell as needed.
Legible handwriting and good communication skills.
Comfortable working with contractors and homeowners alike.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license in the state of NV with no significant moving violations/accidents. Ability to SAFELY drive a truck with a glass rack.
Legible handwriting.
