Many risks for memory decline can be controlled. Learn how you can reduce your risk of cognitive decline.
Each week we will focus on one of the six pillars of brain health: Exercise, nutrition, managing other medical conditions, sleep and relaxation, mental fitness, and social connection.
By the end of this evidence-informed workshop, you'll be able to:
Explain the effects lifestyle has on brain health
Identify brain health behaviors that lead to optimal quality of life
Implement brain-healthy strategies into daily routines
A "Hands-on" Approach to Your Brain Health
Together, we will engage in an interactive workshop to improve our brain health in a sustainable way that will
last beyond the six weeks of this group session. Within a set curriculum, our trained facilitators will provide participants the flexibility to incorporate new behaviors in a unique manner that takes into account your cultural customs, individual preferences and skill sets, as well as current knowledge and prior experience.
